Our Care

We are committed to supporting older adults through every stage of recovery and daily living. Whether they require long-term care, stroke rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, or assistance with complex care needs, our experienced multidisciplinary team provides compassionate, attentive care in a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life.

We provide 24-hour care and support by an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering attentive and holistic care. Our services include daily health support, personalized nutrition plans designed by  professional nutritionists, and a variety of engaging recreational activities that promote both physical and emotional well-being.

Every room is also equipped with an SOS call button, allowing residents to request immediate assistance whenever needed — because the safety, comfort, and happiness of every resident remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our stroke rehabilitation program is delivered in partnership with ReBRAIN, specialists with over 10 years of experience in rehabilitative care. A dedicated physiotherapist is based on-site at The Blessing, ensuring consistent, attentive support for every resident. Each individual receives a personalized rehabilitation plan focused on restoring mobility, building strength, and enhancing independence in daily life. Therapy sessions can be conducted in the comfort of the resident’s own room or in The Blessing’s dedicated exercise facility — whichever best suits their needs and condition.

A supportive and well-suited environment is one of the most important foundations for a smooth recovery after surgery.

At The Blessing, our dedicated nursing team provides round-the-clock care, covering all aspects of daily living assistance, medication management, and close monitoring of each resident’s condition. Our facility is also thoughtfully designed with Universal Design principles — featuring ramps and wheelchair-accessible spaces throughout — to ensure safety, comfort, and ease of movement at every stage of the recovery journey.

We understand that caring for bedridden individuals requires both genuine attentiveness and a high level of expertise across every aspect of their wellbeing.

Our nursing team provides comprehensive, hands-on care that includes regular repositioning to prevent pressure sores, mealtime assistance for both oral and tube-fed residents, catheter and continence care, as well as thorough oral and personal hygiene support — all delivered with patience and dignity.

In addition, we offer passive physiotherapy to help maintain muscle function and joint mobility, alongside systematic vital sign monitoring and structured medication management.

We believe that emotional wellbeing is just as essential as physical health. That is why each resident receives thoughtful emotional support and gentle mental stimulation through meaningful conversation, music, and activities tailored to their individual condition — nurturing a better quality of life, every single day.

How We Care for You

Monthly Stay

A monthly stay allows our care team to truly get to know each resident over time — understanding their preferences, routines, and needs on a deeper level. Care plans can be continuously refined and adapted as those needs evolve.

Most importantly, residents have the opportunity to settle in, feel at home, and build a genuine sense of warmth and belonging at The Blessing.

Short-Term Stay

Ideal for those who require temporary care — whether during post-surgical recovery or during periods when a primary caregiver is unavailable. Residents receive full, attentive care every day, ensuring comfort and peace of mind even during a shorter stay.

Weekly Stay

A weekly stay offers families the flexibility they need, without compromising on the quality or consistency of care. It is an ideal option for those who would like to experience our services firsthand, or for those with care needs during a specific period of time.
